For one Shopify e-commerce store created by an individual.

Unlimited License

For unlimited Shopify e-commerce stores created by an individual.

Team License

For unlimited Shopify e-commerce stores created by a team of up to 10 people who are employees and/or contractors of the business entity that has purchased the license.

In Short

You can use CodingLiquid’s Shopify sections, templates, tools, and starter kits to design the user interface of your commercial Shopify stores or personal Shopify e-commerce projects.

You cannot:

• Sell CodingLiquid’s Shopify sections, templates, or starter kits “as is” or as part of any marketplace, app, or platform.

• Use these resources to create derivative or competitive products, such as site builders, theme generators, or apps.

Usage Examples

You Can Use the Shopify Sections, Tools, Starter Kits, and Templates To:

• Build a single Shopify e-commerce store for personal use.

• Design and launch commercial Shopify stores for clients.

• Develop Shopify-based e-commerce projects where you charge end users for the products or services.

• Create a Shopify store included as part of an e-commerce training course.

You Cannot Use the Shopify Sections, Tools, Starter Kits, and Templates To:

• Sell or distribute the sections or templates as standalone products on any marketplace, including Shopify’s app store or theme store.

• Include the sections or templates in an app or software designed for Shopify or other platforms.

• Develop derivative or competing tools, such as theme generators, site builders, or apps for sale or free distribution.

• Package the sections or templates as part of a downloadable or purchasable bundle.

License Agreement

This License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and CodingLiquid (“We”, “Our”). By installing, copying, or using CodingLiquid’s Shopify sections, templates, starter kits, and tools (“Resources”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License

Subject to payment of the required fee and adherence to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Resources to design and develop Shopify-based e-commerce projects (“Applications”). The number of Shopify stores you can create depends on the license you have purchased.

Usage

You are granted the right to use and modify the source code of Resources for Shopify e-commerce projects:

• You may use Resources to create Shopify stores for personal or commercial purposes.

• You may design and customize Resources for Shopify e-commerce stores that you or your clients own.

• You own any original work authored by you within the Shopify store.

Prohibited Use: You cannot use Resources to create competing products, apps, or derivative works. Resources cannot be sold, distributed, or included in any marketplace, Shopify app, or software.

Warranties and Remedies

RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH RESOURCES OR THEIR USE.

OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE THE RETURN OF THE PRICE PAID FOR RESOURCES.
